Windows rolled down and radio cranked up, Grayson’s black 2012 Ford pickup truck cruised down the road towards the animal shelter. He drummed his fingers absentmindedly to the beat of the music, the wind tousling his medium brown hair, and a tried sigh escaped his lips as he reached down for his cup of coffee. Taking a sip of the scalding hot liquid, another sigh escaped his lips, but this time it was in relief. As the hot drink made it’s way down, he could feel himself perk up a bit as the caffeine started to kick in. He had flown in a couple of days ago from Europe, and had spent a majority of his first day’s back unpacking everything and settling in. There was still so much to do, but he was seriously feeling the jet lag today. Honestly, it REALLY sucked today. Ugh. he thought as he slumped over the steering wheel, resting his chin on the top while he stretched his arms out around the back of it. He had been forcing himself to rise (and stay awake the rest of the day) with the sun and go to bed when the sun set here, in order to adjust to the time change quicker. So far, he was doing well. Although, the dark circle under his eyes would beg to differ. He admired the landscape here in Magnolia Run as he drove along. It was a beautiful and charming town and as the sun rose, it’s rays lighting the landscape and buildings every so slightly, he suddenly whished that he had brought his camera. The reason he was up so early was because he had wanted to get to the shelter as soon as it opened, because he had so much to get done today. Rabanete was arriving in a couple of days and he still hadn’t found a place to board him. That was his first ordered of business, after the shelter. He thought he might check out that stable Cherry Lane, it wasn’t far from where he lived, which was a bonus because he didn’t like being too far from his horses. He had seven in total, most of them rescues, even though he could afford the best money could buy, he preferred to rescue or adopt. He was an active advocate for the BLM, and growing up, he spent most of his summers as a volunteer working and training with many of their horses. A trained mustang was far more appealing to an adopter if he was already started or at least able to be handled. As he mentally ran through his to do list for today, a smile lit up his face, revealing perfectly straight and white teeth, when he thought of Rabanete. God, he loved that horse! He was excited to see him again after all this time. Really it hadn’t been that much time, but Rabanete had been stuck in quarantine on the trip from Europe to The United States and Grayson didn’t like being separated from him. He hated when horses got stuck in quarantine, you would think that he would be use to it since he was in the horse shipping business, but it gave him a headache every time. It was costly and added on unwanted time, but it was a necessary evil and it was something he expected every time he shipped a horse. There was no real way around it. Luckily, his business has been so successful and lucrative that he no longer had to deal with those problems. Someone else did. The sun was out by the time he pulled up in front of the shelter, but it wasn’t open just yet. So, he cut the engine, popped open the glove box and pulled out his dark sunglasses. Sliding the sunglasses on, so they shielded his stunning ocean blue eyes from the bright morning sun, he switch his position in his seat so he could prop his feet up in the open window, and then reclined. Might as well get comfortable while he waited. Reaching over for his coffee, he took another drink and sat back to wait.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------TRACE GRAYSON CAVENER.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------24 . Bi; LEANS MORE TOWARDS GUYS . CAVENER & CO. SHIPPING . HARVARD GRAD. History/Personality: Grayson grew up in large, very wealth family (He's one of seven siblings). His parents made their fortune making high-end tack and horse equipment. From saddles to trailers and everything in between, the Cavener's certainly made their mark in the riding industry. Although very wealthy, his parents wanted their children to learn the value of hard work and money, and instead of paying for large ticket items, such as a first car or college, they expected their kids to earn their own way. So, all their kids tend to be very grounded, Grayson included. He actually paid his way through Harvard. Grayson is a business man by trade, starting his very first business of selling eggs in order to buy his first horse so he could pursue his passion of horses. Gradually over the years, he took the knowledge and experience he had earned form the egg business and started up a horse shipping company. Although the beginning was rocky, and required a lot of legwork, it wasn't long before he started turning a profit and eventually it turned out to be very lucrative. Now, if you are shipping a horse across the country and after his trip to Europe, overseas, his company is probably the one you are using. He is now assumed his own fortune and successful business outside of his parents. Because his business is so successful and after his trip to Europe, he can now take a step back and reap the benefits of all his hard work. He now spends his days, riding and competing his horses, where his true passion lies. He is a very talented rider and was even offered a spot on the Olympic team, but he had to decline due to work. He can ride pretty much any discipline, but he prefers English and often competes in dressage and cross country. In his spare time, he works with and trains horses for the BLM, as well as horses that have been abused/neglected. He often takes on the horses people have labeled as dangerous or a lost cause. He knows that no matter how far gone a horse might seem, you should never give up, because sometimes all they need is someone who understands them(?). He is a patience and persistent man, and will stick with it to the end. Grayson is very kind-heart and extremely intelligent, he graduated top of his class at Harvard, but he never treats people as if they are beneath him as a lot of people who come from money do. He is an all around easy going guy, who is funny without meaning to be, and just really enjoys all kinds of people.
Relationships
Friends:Although, he is open and friendly with everyone, he tends to have walls up when it comes to developing any deep, true, long-lasting relationships. That comes partly from having a consent revolving door of friends, no friendship ever seems to last over a year for him, the other from being a skeptic and already expecting other people to let him down, because so many over his life have. He has learned that you can only depend on yourself and that no one else will really be there for you. What he looks for in both friends and lovers is intelligence, nothing appeals to him more, than a sharp mind.
- Guy friends: Jacob "Jay" Edward Baker
- Girl friends: Rebecca Lynn Snyder
Lovers: Grayson has never had a serious relationship, simply because he has never had the time. Between working to pay for school, running his business and his volunteer work at the BLM, a relationship just kind of got lost in all of it. Although, only casual dating right now, he is on the lookout for a more serious relationship in the future. Somewhat guarded and a bit of a skeptic, because so many people just come and go into his life, it will take some work to really make your way into his heart.
- Dates: Richard Morgan Porter
Enemies:Unusual for him since he gets along with pretty much everyone, but anything can happen, right?

NICHOLAS BRYAN CAVENER
_____________________________________________________________ 32 - Heterosexual - History teacher & Baseball coach ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯___________________________________________________________ tell me the story of the sun and the moon ¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯¯History/Personality: Nick, like all of the children in the Cavener clan was taught from a very early age the value of hard work and money. Growing up, there was no such thing as allowance even though his parents could have easily funded all of their children’s extracurricular activities, instead they had to find a way to earn their money. Household chores like mowing the lawn or washing the car didn't count, his parents expected those to be done away as they were part of everyday upkeep of the house and property. So, Nick had to find his own way to earn money so he could play the one thing he loved more than anything; baseball. He lived and breathed baseball, if he wasn’t in school he was out on the field throwing the ball around or getting in a few practice hits. Whatever it took to be on the field and play he did it, no questions asked. So, he took his interest in antiques and artifacts and turned it into a small business by selling and collecting antiques. He had always found the history of antiques and artifacts fascinating, and once he started going to local garage and estate sales, he found that he had an eye for spotting and finding rare and unusual items and that he could turn a profit rather quickly, once he knew where to look for the buyers. This love and fascination of antiques/artifacts and their history, carried all the way through his education career and is what helped him pay for college. Over the many years, he has collected a vast knowledge of antiques from antique paintings to ancient Egyptian artifacts and everything in between. So, if you have something you think might be of value, he would be the guy to ask. After he finished college, he bounced from school district to school district never finding just the right one. He got close one time, but the job ended up falling through. Baseball is his life and so is teaching, so one year he found out the small town he was teaching in had a little league team and he jumped at the chance to be their coach. He had always love kids and being able to combine the two things he loved, well it’s something he just couldn’t refuse. It didn’t pay anything, but Nick was never in it for the money. From then on, no matter what town he lived in he always volunteered his time to coaching kids. Most of the time he coached troubled or disabled kids, because no one wanted them, which was why the position was always volunteer. Nick is a really sweet guy with a huge heart who has dedicated his life to teaching and loves every minute of it. He is humble, and warm and is a very open minded person. Who can at times be fiercely stubborn, but is willing to expand his original perception for the one he loves.
Relationships
Friends: For the most part, no matter what scenario you are in or where you might be, Nick will probably be the person who approaches you first. He is very outgoing and is a complete open book, which makes him the kind of guy you can really trust and depend on. Unfortunately, his life tends to revolve around the school and so he doesn't tend to have very many friends, but if you do happen to run into him out around town, he is sure to warm you heart and put a smile on your face. That's just the way he is and he wouldn't have it any other way.
Lovers: He is a hopeless romantic searching for his soal mate and he would do just about anything to find her and whatever it takes to keep her. Since he is searching for his soul mate, he's dating quiet a bit, just don't expect any one night stands. He's a one woman kind of guy and is in it for the long haul.
- Final: Erviin Morgana Richardson (Going to see if he can win her heart)
Enemies: Doesn't really have any because he is such a sweet guy, but a few disgruntled parents might not be bad.

Relationships
Friends: He could really use some, seeing as he just moved into town. One things for sure, there is never a dull moment when he is around. So, if you like some excitement and living on the edge, he's probably just the guy for you. He doesn't plan on staying more than a couple of months in Magnolia because once his semester is over he's heading back to Texas. He makes a really good friend and will always be there for you. Whether it's a beat down or a shoulder to cry on.
Lovers: Honestly, he is too busy trying to figure out what the heck his next step in life is to include a significant other. Plus, he tends to lose interest in things over time, so I doubt that he would have any kind of lasting relationship right now. A fling would be right up his alley, though.
Enemies: Speaks his mind and doesn't hold anything back, so he can has quite a few.
